建業實業(00216.HK)預計年度由虧轉盈6000萬港元
格隆匯6月10日丨建業實業(00216.HK)發佈公吿,公司預期截至2021年3月31日止年度將錄得公司擁有人應占溢利大約港幣6000萬元,而於上年度則錄得公司擁有人應占虧損約港幣4540萬元。
預期轉虧為盈主要是由於:(1)集團來自中國大陸南海的住宅項目的物業銷售的收入上升,導致該年度的物業銷售利潤貢獻相對地較上年同期上升。(2)集團於2021年3月31日的投資物業重估錄得的公平值虧損較上年同期投資物業的公平值虧損約港幣2.29億元為低。由於2020年初冠狀病毒疫情的爆發,香港及中國大陸的商業物業市場受到不利影響,租金回報和市場價值均下跌。
