中原料「VAU Residence」首批开价吸引有望沽清
万科香港何文田「VAU Residence」首推50伙,折实499.8万元入场。中原地产亚太区副主席兼住宅部总裁陈永杰表示,近日楼市一、二手皆旺,买家入市意欲高涨,发展商捉紧机遇,推出新项目应市,「VAU Residence」开价极具竞争力,属何文田起动价,造价比同区二手新晋屋苑有折让,加上二手缺盘,尤其市区小型单位,相信VAU Residence可为楼市掀起新一轮认购潮,首批单位可望沽清。
他称,同区新晋物业小型单位租金有价有市,普遍实用尺租可逾60元,相信VAU Residence可吸引长线投资者入市,料用家投资客各占一半。他认为,近日大市利好因素多,疫情受控,通关有望,形势对楼市有利,入市气氛造好,料本月一手成交可达2,500宗。
