據報億京牽頭財團105億元購九展 擬重建甲廈或大型住宅項目
據《星島日報》引述消息稱,由億京等合組財團向合和購入九龍灣國際展貿中心,作價約105億元,以總樓面177.5萬方呎計,平均呎價逾5,900元,屬今年以來最大宗物業買賣,新買家有意重建甲廈或大型住宅。
消息稱,億京等就收購該項物業已安排由三家銀行組成的銀團貸款,新買家財團就重建物業提出兩個計劃,除補價重建甲廈外,亦不排除日後向城規會申請補地價將地皮改劃作住宅用途,相信重建住宅後可媲美啟德的大型住宅群,雖然該項目不接近港鐵站,惟無礙作住宅的發展潛力。
報道引消息稱,是次由億京為首財團投得,財團組合以信置(00083.HK)及資本策略地產(00497.HK)呼聲高。
