据报亿京牵头财团105亿元购九展 拟重建甲厦或大型住宅项目
据《星岛日报》引述消息称,由亿京等合组财团向合和购入九龙湾国际展贸中心,作价约105亿元,以总楼面177.5万方尺计,平均尺价逾5,900元,属今年以来最大宗物业买卖,新买家有意重建甲厦或大型住宅。
消息称,亿京等就收购该项物业已安排由三家银行组成的银团贷款,新买家财团就重建物业提出两个计划,除补价重建甲厦外,亦不排除日後向城规会申请补地价将地皮改划作住宅用途,相信重建住宅後可媲美启德的大型住宅群,虽然该项目不接近港铁站,惟无碍作住宅的发展潜力。
报道引消息称,是次由亿京为首财团投得,财团组合以信置(00083.HK)及资本策略地产(00497.HK)呼声高。
