國家發改委:確保今年完成能耗強度降低3%左右目標
國家發改委環資司副司長趙鵬高昨日(9日)在浙江省杭州市主持召開部分地區碳達峰碳中和工作座談會要求,必須準確把握碳達峰、碳中和工作重點,大力優化能源結構、深度調整產業結構、抓好交通和建築領域節能降碳、強化重大科技攻關、鞏固提升碳匯能力、加快完善政策保障體系。
工作座談會表示,當前特別要全力抓好能耗雙控和堅決遏制「兩高」項目盲目發展這兩項重點工作,確保今年順利完成能耗強度降低3%左右的目標,推動各項工作見到實效。
