uSMART盈立智投6月9日消息，港股三大指數早盤維持震盪態勢，恆指跌0.01%，報28777.12，成交額459.62億；國企指數跌0.13%，恆生科技指數漲0.01%，港股通淨流入5.08億。
物管板塊拉昇，截至10:45，建業新生活漲超8%，時代鄰裏漲超7%，佳兆業美好漲超4%，合景悠活、碧桂園服務、雅生活服務、金科服務均漲超3%，保利物業漲超2%，華潤萬象生活、恆大物業、世茂服務均漲超1%。
石油股表現亮眼，截至10:45，中石油、中海油漲超2%，中石化漲超1%。消息面上，美油昨日最高漲至70.27美元，創2018年10月以來新高；布油昨日最高漲至72.42美元，創2019年5月以來新高。
鋼鐵股走高，截至10:45，鐵貨漲超6%，鞍鋼股份、馬鞍山鋼鐵股份、重慶鋼鐵股份均漲超2%，天工國際漲超1%。報道引述多家機構數據顯示，最近的鋼材總體庫存已達到近五年較高水平。截至5月底，建築鋼材庫存比去年同期高30萬噸左右。從需求端來看，6月至8月將迎來鋼鐵消費的傳統淡季。
煤炭板塊走強，截至10:45，兗州煤業漲超4%，中煤能源漲超3%，蒙古焦煤、金馬能源漲超2%，中國神華漲超1%。消息面上，山西省副省長王一新在會上強調，省屬企業尤其是涉煤企業的資金流動性不能出問題，國資運營公司要按照擬定的方案抓好落實。
恆生科技指數成分股方面，截至10:45，京東健康大漲超6%，領漲恆科，京東健康618數據顯示，6月1日當天開售15分鐘，健康服務整體成交額同比增長超8倍；B站漲超4%，B站近日發行的《重裝戰姬》在韓國市場穩居暢銷榜Top 3；衆安在線漲超3%，同程藝龍漲近3%，萬國數據、瑞聲科技均漲超2%，中芯國際、騰訊、網易股價幾乎持平；阿裏、美團百度跌幅不足1%，小米、快手跌超1%，京東跌超2%，阿裏健康跌超4%。
航空股走弱，截至10:45，美蘭空港、北京首都機場跌超3%，東航跌超2%，南航跌超1%。
券商股承壓，截至10:45，光大證券、中金公司跌超2%，光大證券擬爲全資子公司光證金控8億港元貸款提供擔保；廣發證券、國泰君安、招商證券跌超1%。
個股方面，截至10:45，周大福漲超4%，2021年淨利潤同比增長107.7%，大和上調其目標價至16.5港元；中國物流資產跌超24%，公司擬配售股份募集7.79億港元。
