何超瓊:香港樓市因有需求而上升 國內市場表現強勁
信德集團(00242.HK)行政主席兼董事總經理何超瓊於記者會表示,有密切留意本港市場,但需耐心等候合適項目。
她指,現時本港樓市已回復升勢,但以用家為主,並不是「炒樓」,市民對經濟恢復有信心,而且過往主要是因疫情所限未能進行銷售活動,導致現時進一步釋放需求。
她表示,疫情下國內市場仍然強勁,旗下商業項目有不同發展階段,逐步在去年完成,如橫琴項目涉及逾400個住宅,於一個月內全數售出。她認為內地在控制疫情方面制度很好,只有局部地方有輕微情況。無影響工程或商業發展。(ic/a) ~
