高山企業(00616.HK)預計年度虧損逾1.3億港元
格隆匯6月9日丨高山企業(00616.HK)發佈公吿,與截至2020年3月31日止年度淨虧損約2.06億港元比較,公司預期於截至2021年3月31日止年度錄得淨虧損不少於約1.3億港元,主要由於全球爆發2019冠狀病毒病(COVID-19)的影響。預期虧損減少主要由於(i)投資物業及持作出售發展物業公平值虧損減少;(ii)應收貸款減值虧損的淨撥回;及(iii)於年內計入損益的金融資產公平值變動收益淨額。該虧損減少被(iv)於年內修改可換股票據條款的淨虧損;及(v)去年確認的出售附屬公司收益部分抵消。
