何超琼:香港楼市因有需求而上升 国内市场表现强劲
信德集团(00242.HK)行政主席兼董事总经理何超琼於记者会表示,有密切留意本港市场,但需耐心等候合适项目。
她指,现时本港楼市已回复升势,但以用家为主,并不是「炒楼」,市民对经济恢复有信心,而且过往主要是因疫情所限未能进行销售活动,导致现时进一步释放需求。
她表示,疫情下国内市场仍然强劲,旗下商业项目有不同发展阶段,逐步在去年完成,如横琴项目涉及逾400个住宅,於一个月内全数售出。她认为内地在控制疫情方面制度很好,只有局部地方有轻微情况。无影响工程或商业发展。(ic/a) ~
