格隆匯6月9日丨綠地控股(600606.SH)披露2021年5月新增房地產項目情況簡報。2021年5月，公司新增房地產項目6個，情況如下：
1. 江蘇蘇州常熟高新區114畝項目。該項目位於高新區福盛路以東，漁樂路以北，福茂路以西，雲深路以南。項目用地面積約7.60萬平方米，容積率1.9，計容建築面積約14.59萬平方米，土地用途為商住用地，總地價10.05億元。公司擁有該項目100%權益。
2. 山東濟南市中區黨家智慧城一期項目A-2、A-6、A-7、A-8、A-10地塊。該項目位於市中區重汽路以東，東西三號路以南。項目用地面積約13.47萬平方米，容積率2.32，計容建築面積約31.30萬平方米，土地用途為住宅用地，總地價14.34億元。公司擁有該項目100%權益。
3. 江蘇鹽城市開發區理想城東156畝項目。該項目位於五台山路西側，嫩江路南側，長江路北側。項目用地面積約10.40萬平方米，容積率2.3，計容建築面積約23.93萬平方米，土地用途為住宅用地，總地價21.72億元。公司擁有該項目50%權益。
4. 江蘇鹽城大豐萬興公司股權合作項目。該項目位於人民路西，通港大道南。項目用地面積約3.05萬平方米，容積率2.5，計容建築面積約7.63萬平方米，土地用途為商住用地，總地價2.60億元。公司擁有該項目50%權益。
5. 浙江寧波南部新城JK05-01-02e、JK05-01-02g地塊。該項目位於奉化區方橋街道，地塊東至東環路綠化帶，西至規劃道路，南至規劃河道綠化帶，北至順浦路綠化帶。項目用地面積約5.76萬平方米，容積率2.38，計容建築面積約13.71萬平方米，土地用途為商住用地，總地價8.64億元。公司擁有該項目50%權益。
6. 浙江杭州濱江區浦樂單元R21-22a地塊。該項目位於濱江區浦沿街道，東至信誠南路，南至彩虹路，西至規劃道路，北至彩霞路。項目用地面積約2.55萬平方米，容積率2.5，計容建築面積約6.38萬平方米，土地用途為住宅用地，總地價16.95億元。公司擁有該項目100%權益。
