《复牌表现》TOMO(06928.HK)折让八成易主马小秋兼提全购 股价飙近93%价量齐创新高
TOMO Holdings(06928.HK)折让八成易手控股权,该股今天复牌突破上月下旬所创上市高位3.19元,曾飙1倍至5.8元,现造5.49元,飙近93%,成交急增至1,164万股,创逾两年高,涉资5,339万元。
TOMO为新加坡乘用车内饰改装服务供应商以及销售电子配件。股份於2017年7月以每股0.73元在本港创业板上市,并於2019年12月转至主板上市。TOMO公布,大股东TOMO Ventures拟以总代价1.3亿元(即每股0.5667元较停牌前折让80.12%),向现任中国鼎益丰(00612.HK)及富汇国际(01034.HK)非执行主席马小秋悉售2.3亿股或51.11%股权。完成後,买方需按例以同价提出强制性现金要约,料涉资最多1.25亿元。要约人将继续经营现有主营业务及维持股份上市地位。
