奧克斯國際(02080.HK)發盈警,預期截至2021年3月31日止年度將轉盈為虧,錄得綜合虧損不少於850萬元,而截至2020年3月31日止年度錄得綜合溢利約1,320萬元。
公司預期,年度業績下跌主要由於期內疫情影響香港會所及餐廳業務,導致生活娛樂分部收入下跌;人民幣兌港元升值而導致控股股東貸款錄得匯兌虧損淨額;以及錄得來自商譽及物業、廠房及設備的減值虧損等所致。
