格隆匯6月8日丨中國建築國際(03311.HK)發佈公吿,已向香港聯交所作出申請批准由發行人China State Construction Finance (Cayman) I Limited發行及由擔保人中國建築國際集團有限公司提供無條件及不可撤回擔保按初步年利率3.40%計算的5億美元的次級擔保永續資本證券根據發售通函所述以僅向專業投資者進行的債務發行形式上市及買賣。預期證券上市及批准買賣將於2021年6月9日或前後生效。
