華潤置地(01109.HK)與華潤銀行合作競投珠海地塊
華潤置地(01109.HK)公布,於6月8日旗下附屬珠海潤地與華潤銀行訂立協議,內容有關珠海潤地競投珠海高新技術產業開發區的地塊,及根據該協議的條款及條件按總代價12.62億元人民幣買賣目標物業的擬進行合作安排。
該土地位於中國珠海高新技術產業開發區,場地總面積為14.6萬平方米,其中包括將予開發目標物業的相關地塊的土地面積為1.86萬平方米,並計劃作住宅用途、商業用途及業務用途。珠海潤地須確保目標物業於珠海潤地收購該土地當日起計48個月內完成建設及開發並交付予華潤銀行。
