瑞安房地產(00272.HK)達成合營安排以開發上海太平橋項目
格隆匯6月7日丨瑞安房地產(00272.HK)發佈公吿,2021年6月7日,公司間接全資附屬公司樂基與合營夥伴(即上海永業企業(集團)有限公司)及合營公司(即上海復基房地產有限公司)訂立增資協議,據此,樂基及合營夥伴已同意通過合營公司達成合營安排,以於上海市黃浦區該等土地進行房地產開發項目(即太平橋項目);及與合營夥伴訂立股東協議,以規管彼等各自有關經營及管理合營公司業務及事務的權利及責任。完成後,合營公司將由樂基及合營夥伴各自擁有50%,合營公司將不再為集團的附屬公司,且不再於集團賬目綜合入賬。
