大和:重申旭輝集團控股(0884.HK)買入評級 目標價8.1港元
大和發表研究報吿指,旭輝集團控股(0884.HK)5月份合約銷售金額為269億元人民幣,按年升33%;首5個月合約銷售金額為1101億元人民幣,按年大升98%,主要受去年低基數影響。該行指,料旭輝的銷售增長將優於同業,其財務狀況亦較穩健,以及強勁的競投土地能力。該行重申其買入評級,目標價維持8.1港元。
大和指,旭輝首5個月達到其全年銷售目標2650億元的42%,高於行業平均的37%,料上半年將完成至少50%銷售目標,代表上半年銷售按年升超過64%。
