郭思治: 安乐工程(01977.HK)具稳定盈利基础 息率7.2厘可敲
香港股票分析师协会副主席郭思治称，安乐工程(01977.HK)是香港一间领先的工业及服务股。主要分为四个核心业务，即屋宇装备工程；环境工程；资讯，通讯及屋宇科技(ICBT)业务；以及升降机及自动梯。
屋宇装备工程手上未完成合约53.47亿元。2020年集团采用组装合成建筑方法，完成白石角的智能生活及众创空间住宅项目，及大屿山临时隔离中心。在开发屋宇装备预制组件组装技术上，取得进展。随时在现有及未来项目上，应用有关技术。
环境工程：未完成合约50.39亿元，按年升115.8%。集团在香港自主开发的先进处理环境工序，在中国有竞争优势。集团为香港政府各部门的环保设施，提供维修及保养服务，为集团带来稳定收入。
资讯，通讯及屋宇科技，未完成合约为8.54亿元。集团向市场积极推广智能物联网屋宇平台，及云端人工智能能源管理平台。及为香港政府部门，商场等，及公共机构，提供全面的维修工程服务。除此之外，在智能泊车，及停车场收费最得新订单。
升降机及自动梯，未完成合约达6.07亿元。集团透过TRANSEL ELEVATOR & ELECTRIC 结盟，在英国设立首间公司，进军英国及美国电梯及自动梯市场。集团在物色海外收购，目标是进军全球升降机及自动梯业务。
集团手上未完成合约达118亿元，足够未来两年半业务。2021年集团未来展望乐观。集团受惠港府增加公共开支，及私人发展商，展开大型工程建筑项目。集团的升降机及自动梯的维修保养的收入，为集团提供稳定经常性收入。澳门即将推出的基建项目，及内地发展战略科技及数码基建，及废水处理厂升级，为集团带来机遇。集团透过TRANSEL，进军海外升降机及自动梯市场。受惠ESG(环境，社会责任及良好管治)潮流，为集团带来机遇。集团的环保工程，受惠社会对环保的关注。
安乐工程有稳定经常性收入。其升降机，及环保的保养，为集团带来稳定收入。工程方面亦有稳步增长。其合件夥伴TRANSEL为集团带来环球业务机遇。未来盈利有稳定基础。市盈率不足七倍，息率有7.2厘。是稳健的投资选择，建议投资者现价买入，目标2.20元，止蚀在1.4元。
