格隆匯6月6日丨連續5個漲停的日播時尚(603196.SH)發佈股票交易風險提示公吿，鑑於近期公司股價波動較大，現對公司有關事項和風險提示如下：
一、上市以來公司淨利潤連續下降的風險
公司於2017年5月31日上市，2017年度至2020年度公司實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤分別為8,363.57萬元、3,836.43萬元、881.31萬元、-4752.21萬元，上市以來公司淨利潤連續下降，提請廣大投資者注意風險。
二、2020年年度業績虧損的風險
公司於2021年4月26日披露《2020年年度報吿》，公司2020年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為-4752.21萬元，歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為-3064.14萬元。
三、2021年第一季度業績尚未恢復到疫情前的同期水平
公司於2021年4月26日披露《2021年第一季度報吿》，公司實現營業收入2.20億元，同比增長35.71%，但是仍未恢復到疫情前的同期水平。
四、大股東股票質押比例較高的風險
截至公吿日，公司控股股東上海日播投資控股有限公司(“日播控股”)持有上市公司股票126,515,000股，佔公司股份總數的52.71%。日播控股所持上市公司股份累計質押數量為7170萬股，佔其持有公司股份數量的56.67%。鑑於控股股東股票質押比例較高，提請廣大投資者注意風險。
五、二級市場交易風險
公司股票從2021年5月28日至6月4日近六個交易日累計漲幅達到72.41%，波動幅度較大，近六個交易日累計成交金量為9,178.86萬股，近六個交易日累計成交金額為7.70億元，近六個交易日累計換手率為38.25%，均明顯高於前期平均水平。目前公司市盈率(TTM)為-170.16倍。公司提醒廣大投資者注意二級市場交易風險，理性決策，審慎投資！
