麥克奧迪(300341.SZ)：與盤錦鴻泰共設呼和浩特麥克奧迪醫學檢驗實驗室
格隆匯6月4日丨麥克奧迪(300341.SZ)公佈，內蒙古基層醫療機構病理資源相對匱乏、旗縣區的綜合醫院病理檢測或共建需求都比較多，同時第三方病理中心競爭力相對較小，公司在呼和浩特市設立中心，可以依託中心採用公司特有的數字病理結合遠程診斷的互聯網醫療模式，通過病理科技術共建，輻射包頭市、赤峯市、鄂爾多斯市、烏蘭察布市等人口集中的城市。最終將形成全區醫療機構病理科的科室共建、技術合作，專家資源共享的合作模式，緩解基層醫療機構病理資源相對匱乏的問題，提升全區臨牀病理科的整體病理診斷水平。內蒙古設立獨立的醫學檢驗實驗室符合公司的發展規劃。
基於此，同意全資子公司麥克奧迪(廈門)醫療診斷系統有限公司(“麥迪醫療”)與盤錦鴻泰盛源企業管理諮詢合夥企業(有限合夥)(“盤錦鴻泰”)共同出資在呼和浩特設立“呼和浩特麥克奧迪醫學檢驗實驗室有限公司”(最終以當地有權機構核准登記為準；“合資公司”)，合資公司注冊資本為1500萬元，麥迪醫療以現金出資765萬元，佔合資公司51%的股份。
通過戰略佈局，有利於公司連鎖化戰略佈局得以不斷擴大和鞏固，進一步增強了公司的可持續發展能力和核心競爭力。最終在內蒙地區依託呼和浩特第三方實驗室，結合麥克奧迪特有的數字病理結合遠程診斷的模式，通過病理科技術共建，將影響輻射到包頭市、赤峯市、鄂爾多斯市、烏蘭察布市等人口集中的城市。
藉助該合資公司在內蒙古地區同醫療機構病理科進行科室共建、技術合作，專家資源共享等的合作，可以有效緩解該地區基層醫療機構病理資源相對匱乏的問題，提升全區臨牀病理科的整體病理診斷水平。
有效地擴張麥迪醫療在內蒙古地區病理科及檢驗領域的檢測、共建業務，呼和浩特地理位置優越，左有包頭，下有鄂爾多斯市、右有烏蘭察布、赤峯，涉及人口近1300萬，所輻射範圍內包含二級182個公立醫院，三級醫院69家。有利於公司業務的進一步拓展。
