贝莱德:蚬壳被法院强制减少碳排放非解决方案
贝莱德(BLK.US)行政总裁Larry Fink表示,荷兰海牙法院下令蚬壳(Royal Dutch Shell)在2030年将温室气体排放量从2019年水平大幅减少45%的决定,并不是解决全球减少碳排放的方法,并有可能将问题转移至私营公司。
他称,裁决可能引发针对其他能源公司的法律诉讼,预计将迫使蚬壳剥离资产以遵守规定,法院的决定不会改善全球的碳排放,只会改变一间公司的碳排放,最令人担心的是裁决只会对上市公司带来压力,而对私营公司几乎没有影响。
