長盈集團(控股)(00689.HK)：Chañares就終止Chañares油田開採權已對門多薩省政府展開法律行動並已尋求應付其的賠償金
格隆匯6月3日丨長盈集團(控股)(00689.HK)公佈，於2021年3月11日(阿根廷時間)，集團從門多薩省碳氫化合物部門收到政府令，該政府令由阿根廷門多薩省政府經濟及能源部發出並指出Chañares油田開採權將授予公司的間接全資附屬公司以外的新開採權持有人。集團已提交反對該決定的上訴信，而政府令指出上訴信已遭駁回。集團獲Chañares吿知新開採權持有人已於2021年3月13日(阿根廷時間)接管Chañares油田開採權。
關於集團反對該決定的上訴信，門多薩省省長於2021年3月29日(阿根廷時間)向集團發出最終通知，重申反對該決定的上訴信已遭駁回，誠如公司日期為2020年12月22日的公佈所述，理由與公司的間接全資附屬公司被取消成為投標者的資格相同，而反對該決定的行動為門多薩省政府的行政體制內的最終上訴行動，而集團可選擇將此事宜提交法院。集團的阿根廷法律顧問表示，集團可就該決定於法院展開法律行動，然而，根據適用的規則及規例，政府當局於決定投標者參與招標程序的資格時擁有絕對酌情權，撤銷該政府令的成功機會很微。經考慮阿根廷法律顧問的建議後，集團決定將不會對門多薩省政府採取任何法律行動。
Chañares最近通知集團，其就終止Chañares油田開採權已對門多薩省政府展開法律行動並已尋求應付其的賠償金。集團已要求 Chañares提供事宜的進一步最新資料並正等候Chañares於這方面的回覆。
於2021年3月，集團已致函Chañares索償其所欠集團的若干債務。集團亦正準備就Chañares未能履行其於2012年6月5日與集團簽署的營運協議項下維持油田開採權的義務向Chañares提出索償賠償金。集團最近知悉，Chañares陷入財務困境並已展開債務重組程序，允許 Chañares與其債權人根據其協議重組其債務，以免破產。公佈指，Chañares的債權人可以於2021年7月2日前就建議債務重組計劃提出索償。集團作為 Chañares 的債權人，將據此提出上述索償。
