格隆汇6月3日丨豫园股份(600655.SH)公布,公司子公司苏州复地豫涵置业有限公司于2021年5月31日参加了苏州市土地交易市场国有建设用地使用权公开出让活动,以人民币37.29亿元竞得吴中区太湖新城东太湖路南侧、龙翔路西侧地块(编号:苏地2021-WG-22号)国有建设用地使用权,公司拥有项目100%权益。公司不排除根据项目实际情况及自身战略优势引入战略合作伙伴,共同开发项目。公司收到成交确认书,项目具体情况如下:
吴中区太湖新城东太湖路南侧、龙翔路西侧地块(编号:苏地2021-WG-22号)出让面积:138,650平方米(208亩);计容面积:282,383平方米。土地用途:城镇住宅用地、医疗卫生用地、旅馆用地(康养公寓)、零售用地。出让年限:居住用地70年、医疗用地50年、旅馆用地40年、零售用地40年。
