得潤電子(002055.SZ)：子公司被指定為光束汽車“ODP集成式車載電源管理模塊”項目獨家供應商
格隆匯6月3日丨得潤電子(002055.SZ)公佈，公司近日收到控股子公司美達電器(重慶)有限公司(“重慶美達”)(曾用名：美達電器(深圳)有限公司)通知，重慶美達已經和光束汽車有限公司(“光束汽車”)正式達成合作，被指定為光束汽車“ODP集成式車載電源管理模塊”項目獨家供應商。
光束汽車有限公司成立於2019年12月，系長城汽車股份有限公司與寶馬（荷蘭）控股公司設立的合資公司，雙方各持股50%，總投資51億元人民幣。光束汽車規劃將全面聚焦新能源汽車領域，面向全球市場開發新一代純電動汽車。
此次定點的項目為光束汽車的最新平台車型，也是光束汽車成立後即將推出的首批新能源汽車平台，是光束汽車具有重要意義的車型。此次定點的“ODP集成式車載電源管理模塊”產品採用了公司最新的高度集成技術，在功能上進行集成和結構優化，不僅可使產品體積大幅縮小，而且可以確保在充電和電壓轉換效率上保持持續穩定輸出；此產品設計基於最新的AUTOSAR軟件架構，並且符合客户對ISO26262功能安全等級和電磁兼容性等標準的極高要求，在全球市場處於領先水平。光束汽車將有多個車型搭載該集成式車載電源管理模塊，生命週期銷售額預計達50億人民幣。
此次獲得光束汽車業務定點，表明公司在集成式車載電源管理模塊方面已經獲得國際市場認可，充分體現了公司在技術實力、產品品質及供應能力等方面的綜合實力；是公司繼獲得寶馬、PSA、保時捷等全球車載電源管理模塊項目之後在國內合資品牌市場的重大突破，是與寶馬集團長期合作的進一步延伸和深入，並有利於公司順利拓展中國國內新能源汽車市場。公司將繼續聚焦於新能源汽車行業的發展，在產品技術與市場客户方面深耕拓展，鞏固公司新能源汽車車載電源管理模塊全球核心供應商地位，持續提升公司市場佔有率，增強公司市場競爭力。
