偉工控股(01793.HK)年度純利預減62.2%
格隆匯6月2日丨偉工控股(01793.HK)發佈公吿,截至2021年3月31日止年度,公司權益持有人應占溢利約為1910萬港元,而上年度的公司權益持有人應占溢利則為5050萬港元,即本年度的公司權益持有人應占溢利較去年減少約62.2%。
公吿表示,溢利減少主要歸因於毛利率相對較低的若干項目於本年度取得重大進展,導致集團的毛利率下降。毛利率下降主要由於受香港爆發新型冠狀病毒病疫情影響,向建築工地交付原材料及若干建設項目進度均有所延遲,以致集團於本年度確認的收益下跌;及分包成本增加所致。
