港股异动 | 微创医疗(0853.HK)跌逾5% 拟发行7亿美元可转债
格隆汇6月2日丨昨日创下历史新高的微创医疗(0853.HK)今日低开,现跌逾5%,报66.35港元,总市值1204亿港元。微创医疗昨日盘后发布公告称,就有关建议发行本金额7亿美元的2026年到期零息可换股债券,初始换股价每股股份92.8163港元(较6月1日收市价70.05港元溢价约32.5%),预计债券所得款项净额约为6.895亿美元,集团拟将发行债券所得款项净额用于研发投资、若干资本开支及营运资金用途。
