佳明集團控股(01271.HK)擬2.07億港元收購香港物業
格隆匯6月2日丨佳明集團控股(01271.HK)發佈公吿,於2021年6月1日,買方茂昌投資有限公司(公司間接全資附屬公司)與賣方財邦有限公司訂立臨時協議,據此,買方同意收購及賣方同意出售該物業,代價為2.07億港元。
擬收購的該物業為香港九龍尖沙咀漆鹹道南39號鐵路大廈地下的B商鋪。該物業為商業物業,其樓面面積約6,700平方尺。
董事會目前擬持有該物業作投資用途以收取租金收入。考慮到該物業位置優越且已有租約,集團認為收購事項可產生租金收入及增強其收入基礎,並可於未來享有潛在的資本增值。
