新世界百货中国(00825.HK):就租赁物业订立租赁补充协议
格隆汇6月1日丨新世界百货中国(00825.HK)公布,于2021年6月1日,新百中国(公司全资附属公司)作为租户与业主上海万达商业广场置业有限公司就租赁物业订立租赁补充协议,由2021年12月23日起至2036年12月22日,为期15年。集团已根据现有租赁合同自2005年起承租租赁物业,以经营集团百货业务。由于现有租赁合同将于2021年12月22日届满,新百中国与业主已订立租赁补充协议,以延长及修改现有租赁合同当中的条款。
租赁物业位于中国上海市杨浦区淞沪路1号上海万达商业广场内之百货大楼;楼面面积约4.41万平方米;每月租金按照每平方米人民币133.36元计算,租赁期限首三个年度的年度租金为人民币7054.01万元,其后每三个年度增加5%。
