戴姆勒车厂同意向诺基亚支付移动通讯科技专利费
德国汽车制造商戴姆勒同意向芬兰电讯设备商诺基亚支付专利费,结束双方就专利费问题的诉讼。双方近年在德国法院进行有关诉讼,各有胜负。诺基亚要求戴姆勒支付导航系统、汽车通讯及自动驾驶科技的专利费,但戴姆勒认为有关费用应由供应商支付。
戴姆勒及诺基亚表示,他们已就专利授权取得协议并停止有关法律行动。根据协议,诺基亚向戴姆勒授权使用移动通讯科技,後者则支付专利费。双方同意协议条款保密。
