油组与夥伴国据报将决定维持5月至7月石油复产计划
《路透》引述消息报道,油组与夥伴国(OPEC+)将於今日(1日)的会议中,决定维持逐步放宽限产的步伐,但不预期就7月以後的产量作决定,因伊朗重返国际石油市场情况未明朗。
油组与夥伴国在4月决定,於5月至7月期间恢复每日210万桶产量,并预期全球需求在印度新冠疫情爆发下仍会上升。油价其後升向每桶70美元,但伊朗重返国际石油市场限制油价升幅。油组秘书长Mohammad Barkindo表示,不预期伊朗供应增加带来问题,并指全球石油市场将有序及具透明度地适应。
油组与夥伴国专家组成的联合技术委员会昨日(31日)开会,消息指委员会确认今年石油需求将按年增长每日600万桶,增长集中在下半年。委员会亦下调全球石油供应预测,预计今年石油供应缺口为每日140万桶,较早前预估上调每日20万桶。
