京東雲618開門紅首份戰報：每秒用户訪問峯值同比提升223%
格隆匯6月1日丨京東618的18週年慶迎來開門紅。6月1日凌晨，作為集團對外提供技術服務的核心平台，京東雲發佈的首份戰報顯示，當日凌晨，京東雲每秒用户訪問峯值較去年同期提升223%；此外，京東智能客服累計服務用户160萬次，京東企業金融為30萬家企業提供金融服務累計超千億元。
作為京東618堅實的技術基石，京東雲以安全、穩定、可信賴的技術與服務，全面守護京東618的順利進行。開門紅期間，京東雲以超高彈性輕鬆應對凌晨時分用户瞬間的下單支付高峯，每秒用户訪問峯值較去年618同期提升223%。雲平台統一安全運營中心則為超過100萬智能應用與相關資產提供主動安全保障，為所有參與京東618週年慶的用户打造了絲般流暢、安全如盾的網絡環境和購物體驗。
與此同時，京東雲也為本次618週年慶整合提供了智能客服、達人寫作、拍照購、智能家居等最領先的人工智能應用，大幅提升了用户購物體驗降低了資源消耗。京東智能客服7×24小時全天候提供服務，開場10分鐘，京東智能客服累計服務160萬次。數據還顯示，京東智能家居平台可連接高質量設備已突破2.2億台。
在服務商家企業方面，京東雲在此次618期間也充分展現了其作為京東技術服務核心平台的能力與豐富生態資源。京東雲推出了“618雲創熱愛節”活動，為眾多中小企業及商家提供上“雲”絕佳福利，助力企業客户實現數智化轉型。面向京東平台商家的智能服務平台——京小智為超過16萬家的京東平台商家提供智能客服支持服務，大幅提升客服效率、用户體驗與收入。京東智能城市聯動全國近60座城市推出雲上集市，助力鄉村振興。
此外，作為備受商家合作伙伴關注的供應鏈金融業務，京東企業金融在618期間為各類線上、線下商家提供了包括京小貸、京保貝、企業金採、動產融資、京票秒貼、企業僱主保等金融產品。數據顯示，截至6月1日凌晨，京東企業金融已為30萬家企業累計提供超千億元的資金支持。
