寧水集團(603700.SH):首期員工持股計劃非交易過户完成
格隆匯5月31日丨寧水集團(603700.SH)公佈,近日,公司收到中國證券登記結算有限責任公司下發的《過户登記確認書》,寧波水錶(集團)股份有限公司回購專用證券賬户所持有的公司股票已於2021年5月28日非交易過户至“寧波水錶(集團)股份有限公司—2021年至2023年員工持股計劃”專户,過户價格為13.83元/股,過户股份共計108.0036萬股,佔公司總股本比例為0.53%。至此,公司首期員工持股計劃已完成股票非交易過户,該部分股票將按照規定予以鎖定。
