格隆汇5月31日丨宁水集团(603700.SH)公布,近日,公司收到中国证券登记结算有限责任公司下发的《过户登记确认书》,宁波水表(集团)股份有限公司回购专用证券账户所持有的公司股票已于2021年5月28日非交易过户至“宁波水表(集团)股份有限公司—2021年至2023年员工持股计划”专户,过户价格为13.83元/股,过户股份共计108.0036万股,占公司总股本比例为0.53%。至此,公司首期员工持股计划已完成股票非交易过户,该部分股票将按照规定予以锁定。
