据报金管局建议银行界向员工提供两天有薪「打针假」
《苹果日报》报道,金管局计划透过银行公会向会员银行发通告,建议银行界划一给予已完成接种疫苗的员工两天有薪预防接种假期,希望向银行界释出打针防疫的正面作用,假期不会视作员工病假。
由於接种假期牵涉的具体操作仍要商讨,实施时间仍未确定。
金管局发言人不评论具体内容,但称监於银行在经济体系中扮演关键角色,并考虑到提升疫苗接种率有助经济复苏及保持香港国际金融中心竞争力,局方早前已发出通告鼓励银行采取措施,便利有意接种疫苗的员工安排接种,局方亦一直就此与银行业保持沟通,期望鼓励更多从业员接种疫苗。
