中信里昂:重申雅生活服務(3319.HK)買入評級 目標價升至57.2港元
中信里昂發表報吿,將雅生活服務(3319.HK)目標價從54.8港元升至57.2港元,重申買入評級。
報吿指,公司宣佈配售新股集資約27億元人民幣,相信可以解決自2020年7月以來的問題,縮小了公司與其他領先同行的現金差距,因此提高其併購競爭力。報吿又指,公司業務今年至今強勁,公司新籤近2000萬平方米來自第三方的建築面積,社區增值服務收入組合仍保持穩定,公司首席執行官對 2021年實現目標持樂觀態度,中信里昂上調2021-2023年年核心盈利預測。
