《公司訪問》聯想(00992.HK):目標雲服務最快財年第三季達收支平衡 有信心數碼化需求續帶動增長
聯想(00992.HK)首席財務官黃偉明接受電話訪問時表示,集團成立方案服務業務並積極擴張相關業務,他指出客戶購買設備後會進一步了解客戶需要甚麼服務,認為相關業務屬高增長業務,除受疫情帶動外其需求及服務轉變亦很快,現時服務方面增長約為主營業務的兩倍,加上服務的利潤較高,故亦是過去數季公司收入增長等的原因之一。另一方面公司亦有為客戶提供按用量付費的設備及解決方案服務,認為在經濟存在不確定性的情況下,企業特別是中小企未必想作較大資本投資,故這種方式更能捕捉到客戶數碼化轉型需求。
而在雲服務方面他期望本財年增長可高於同業,而隨著全球智能化,相關盈利及需求增長亦較快,期望其經營改善可反映在財務表現上,目標第三、四季可達到收支平衡水平。
他指出中國自疫情復甦後業務表現強勁,有信心亞太、美洲等地自疫情復甦後增長亦會較快,他舉例指美國疫苗接種比率較高,加上很多地方已復課,而英國亦陸續自疫情復甦,認為商業機構亦進入新常態,對數碼化需求逐步增加。他認為疫情後很多企業及機構亦尋求數碼化轉型,期望靠科技提升效率等,故料未來增長將持續。在消費者層面,除了受惠用戶要求「一人一電腦」外,用家對電腦的速度、要求亦有所提升,帶動了數碼化需求及縮短了換機週期。
針對零件短缺問題,他指出情況在行內經常發生,有時是記憶體、顯示屏,有時候則缺晶片等,現時晶片短缺主要因為全球智能化趨勢持續,所以對晶片有較大需求,加上疫情初期供應商不敢擴張產能致現時出現缺貨情況。他強調公司在採購及營運方面亦具優勢,現時有50-60%的產品是自行生產,故可直接與供應商對話,加上聯想供應鏈效率較高,並追求「Just in time delivery」,確保零件供應可盡快用於設備上。他預期零件短缺情況將持續12-18個月,不過公司效率較高,加上與上游供應商關係較好,故表現亦優於同業。
