炬申股份(001202.SZ):擬與自然人劉貴文、李林設廣州炬申物流
格隆匯5月28日丨炬申股份(001202.SZ)公佈,公司擬與自然人劉貴文、李林簽署《投資合作協議》,共同投資設立廣州炬申物流有限公司(暫定名,最終以工商登記核定為準,“目標公司”),目標公司註冊資本為人民幣3000萬元,其中公司以現金方式出資2100萬元人民幣,持有目標公司70%的股權。
目標公司設立後,有利於公司業務的發展,進一步加大市場開發力度,強化公司在有色金屬物流、倉儲領域的競爭優勢,共同推動公司業務的快速發展,提高公司的綜合競爭力。
