格隆匯5月28日丨南天信息(000948.SZ)公佈,公司第一期員工持股計劃已於2018年5月通過二級市場競價交易方式完成購買公司股票,此次員工持股計劃共計購買634.078萬股股票,交易均價11.207元/股,成交金額合計為7106萬元。截至公吿披露日,公司第一期員工持股計劃合計持有公司824.3014萬股股份,佔公司總股本的比例為2.16%。
公司第一期員工持股計劃鎖定期為36個月,自公司公吿最後一筆買入之日起計算,即2018年5月31日至2021年5月30日。
