綠地香港(00337.HK)擬發行1.5億美元債券
格隆匯5月28日丨綠地香港(00337.HK)公佈,於2021年5月27日,公司與國泰君安國際、海通國際、匯豐、中銀國際、花旗、交銀國際、中達證券投資有限公司及浦銀國際就發行合共本金金額為1.5億美元於2022年到期的9.625釐債券訂立認購協議。公司已向香港聯交所申請批准以僅向上市規則第37章項下的專業投資者發行債務方式發行的債券上市及買賣。
公司目前擬將建議債券發行的所得款項淨額主要用作為其境外債務進行再融資。
