中原建業(09982.HK)香港公開發售獲超購3.99倍 發售價每股3港元
格隆匯5月28日丨中原建業(09982.HK)公佈，最終發售價已釐定為每股發售股份3.00港元，每手2,000股，預期股份將於2021年5月31日上市。估計公司將自全球發售收取的所得款項淨額約為9.16億港元。倘超額配股權獲悉數行使，則公司將於超額配股權獲行使後就4922.4萬股將予發行的股份收取額外所得款項淨額約1.18億港元。倘超額配股權獲悉數行使，公司擬按比例調整其所得款項淨額的擬定用途。
香港公開發售項下初步提呈發售的香港發售股份已獲適度超額認購。合共接獲21,431份申請，認購合共1.64億股香港發售股份，相當於香港發售股份總數約4.99倍。由於香港公開發售的略微超額認購不足香港公開發售項下初步可供認購發售股份總數的15倍，故並未採用重新分配程序，香港公開發售項下的發售股份最終數目為3281.8萬股，相當於全球發售項下初步可供認購發售股份總數的10.0%。
此外，合共接獲28份合資格建業地產股東根據優先發售以藍色申請表格提出的有效申請，以認購合共2361.4萬股預留股份，相當於優先發售項下初步可供認購預留股份總數約0.72倍。2361.4萬股股份已分配予合資格建業地產股東。所有未售出的預留股份根據國際發售可供認購。
根據國際發售（包括優先發售）初步提呈發售的發售股份已獲略微超額認購。於國際發售項下約5.09億股股份獲申請，相當於國際發售項下可供認購的發售股份總數約1.72倍。國際發售項下的發售股份最終數目為2.95億股，相當於全球發售項下發售股份總數的90%。
根據基石投資協議，基石投資者祥來已按總金額為600萬美元的最終發售價認購1552.8萬股發售股份，合共相當於全球發售項下初步可供認購的發售股份總數的約4.73%（於任何超額配股權獲行使前）及緊隨全球發售完成後已發行股份總數的約0.47%。
根據國際發售，2841萬股股份（相當於全球發售項下初步可供認購發售股份總數的約8.66%及緊隨全球發售完成後已發行股份總數的約0.86%，均假設超額配股權未獲行使）配售予建信基金管理有限責任公司，而建信基金管理有限責任公司為建銀國際金融有限公司（作為包銷商）的關連客户。
