工信部:研究建立以碳排放等为依据钢铁业产量约束机制
据《上海证券报》引述工业和信息化部原材料工业司一级巡视员吕桂新在「第十一届中国国际钢铁大会」上表示,工信部将积极配合国家发改委等部门,组织开展钢铁行业去产能「回头看」等工作,巩固近年来去产能取得的成效,同时研究探讨建立碳排放、污染物排放、能耗总量为依据的产量约束机制。
吕桂新指出,最近大宗商品价格上涨引发市场对产能控制的担忧,但大宗商品上涨主要由全球流动性宽松、市场预期等因素引起。内地年粗钢产量有10亿吨级规模,从量上看有充足的保障能力。
