天貓618預售火爆,犀牛工廠訂單排到下個月

“太火爆了,工廠訂單已經排到了下個月!”5月26日,犀牛智造計劃排產總監陳哲發了一則朋友圈。天貓618預售啟動後,一批嘗試“即賣即產”服飾商家銷售火了,來追加的訂單已經排到下個月。

據悉,犀牛工廠是阿里巴巴保密了3年的新制造項目,主打為中小商家提供“按需生產、快速交付”的服裝生產服務,致力解決服裝產業“庫存難”問題。

今年天貓618,一批服飾商家、主播選擇與犀牛工廠合作,嘗試“即賣即產”新玩法,先通過天貓預售,根據銷量再向犀牛工廠下單。犀牛工廠則通過新制造能力,讓衣服從工廠下線,到穿到消費者身上只要1周。

過去,庫存積壓一直是服裝行業難以打開的死結。在傳統的服飾產銷鏈條中,採用的多是“以產定銷”模式,服裝品牌有生產需求後,需提前4個月左右向服裝工廠下單,工廠一般要1萬件起訂,完成生產後,品牌再上市銷售。

而服飾業屬於時尚產業,流行元素、天氣等情況瞬息萬變,提前大批量備貨之後,一旦市場情況發生變化,生產出來的衣服就容易滯銷,成為過季的商品。

犀牛工廠則是主打“按需生產、小單快反”的模式,即先小批量生產,根據市場銷售情況,再及時補單,最快做到100件起訂,7天交付。讓服裝企業能按需生產,既不錯失商機,又不產生浪費。

“現在618有了預售、直播等銷售方式,商家對快單、急單的需求越來越大。”陳哲表示,以往預售要消費者等很久,現在與犀牛工廠合作一週左右就能交付,同時主播商品賣爆了也不用四處找工廠加單,犀牛快速反應的供應鏈則能很好的接急單。

此外,犀牛工廠也受到服裝初創品牌的歡迎。與犀牛工廠合作,可以選擇無庫存模式,先售賣,再及時生產交付,對於服裝創業者,來説能“輕裝快跑”,把更多精力放在商品創新上。

2020年,犀牛工廠被世界經濟論壇評選為服裝行業首家世界“燈塔工廠”。世界經濟論壇對其評價是,“它支持基於消費者需求的端到端按需生產,並通過縮短75%的交貨時間、降低30%的庫存需求,甚至減少50%的用水量,助力小企業在快速發展的時尚和服裝市場獲取競爭力。”
