天貓618預售火爆，犀牛工廠訂單排到下個月
“太火爆了，工廠訂單已經排到了下個月！”5月26日，犀牛智造計劃排產總監陳哲發了一則朋友圈。天貓618預售啟動後，一批嘗試“即賣即產”服飾商家銷售火了，來追加的訂單已經排到下個月。
據悉，犀牛工廠是阿里巴巴保密了3年的新制造項目，主打為中小商家提供“按需生產、快速交付”的服裝生產服務，致力解決服裝產業“庫存難”問題。
今年天貓618，一批服飾商家、主播選擇與犀牛工廠合作，嘗試“即賣即產”新玩法，先通過天貓預售，根據銷量再向犀牛工廠下單。犀牛工廠則通過新制造能力，讓衣服從工廠下線，到穿到消費者身上只要1周。
過去，庫存積壓一直是服裝行業難以打開的死結。在傳統的服飾產銷鏈條中，採用的多是“以產定銷”模式，服裝品牌有生產需求後，需提前4個月左右向服裝工廠下單，工廠一般要1萬件起訂，完成生產後，品牌再上市銷售。
而服飾業屬於時尚產業，流行元素、天氣等情況瞬息萬變，提前大批量備貨之後，一旦市場情況發生變化，生產出來的衣服就容易滯銷，成為過季的商品。
犀牛工廠則是主打“按需生產、小單快反”的模式，即先小批量生產，根據市場銷售情況，再及時補單，最快做到100件起訂，7天交付。讓服裝企業能按需生產，既不錯失商機，又不產生浪費。
“現在618有了預售、直播等銷售方式，商家對快單、急單的需求越來越大。”陳哲表示，以往預售要消費者等很久，現在與犀牛工廠合作一週左右就能交付，同時主播商品賣爆了也不用四處找工廠加單，犀牛快速反應的供應鏈則能很好的接急單。
此外，犀牛工廠也受到服裝初創品牌的歡迎。與犀牛工廠合作，可以選擇無庫存模式，先售賣，再及時生產交付，對於服裝創業者，來説能“輕裝快跑”，把更多精力放在商品創新上。
2020年，犀牛工廠被世界經濟論壇評選為服裝行業首家世界“燈塔工廠”。世界經濟論壇對其評價是，“它支持基於消費者需求的端到端按需生產，並通過縮短75%的交貨時間、降低30%的庫存需求，甚至減少50%的用水量，助力小企業在快速發展的時尚和服裝市場獲取競爭力。”
