慕容控股(01575.HK):慕容資本為兩附屬抵押7.5億股作貸款擔保
慕容控股(01575.HK)公布,於4月14日慕容資本訂立兩項股份押記,同意以浙商銀行嘉興海寧支行為受益人,抵押公司合共7.5億股股份(佔已發行股本的75%),以擔保浙江慕容時尚家居有限公司及浙江阿波羅皮革製品有限公司結欠貸款融資而對浙商銀行應負的還款責任,最高限額為2.8億元人民幣。
慕容資本由公司主席、行政總裁及執行董事鄒格兵擁有85%,及由鄒先生的配偶鄔向飛擁有15%;而兩名借款人均為公司的間接全資附屬公司。
