華興資本控股(01911.HK)獲授一筆3億美元銀團定期貸款
格隆匯5月26日丨華興資本控股(01911.HK)公吿,於2021年5月26日,公司(作為借款人)與交通銀行(香港)有限公司(作為委任牽頭安排行及簿記行)以及銀團(作為貸款人)(包括但不限於中信銀行(國際)有限公司、招商銀行股份有限公司香港分行、中國銀行股份有限公司澳門分行、華夏銀行股份有限公司香港分行、南洋商業銀行有限公司、澳門國際銀行股份有限公司及上海浦東發展銀行股份有限公司香港分行)訂立一份融資協議,以(其中包括)獲得一筆本金總額達3億美元的銀團定期貸款,年利率為倫敦銀行同業拆息利率加2%。
融資的最後還款日期為首次提款日期起計屆滿36個月的日期。融資的目的主要為本集團的一般企業用途及融資或再融資。
