天奇股份(002009.SZ)：與華勝企管簽訂乘用車延保項目戰略合作協議
格隆匯5月26日丨天奇股份(002009.SZ)公佈，近日，公司與廣州華勝全資子公司廣州華勝企業管理服務有限公司(“華勝企管”)簽訂《乘用車延保項目戰略合作協議》。為推動汽車後市場產業規範和高效發展，廣州華勝企業管理服務有限公司和天奇股份達成充分共識，平等自願、互利互惠、誠實守信、長期合作，共同推動乘用車延長保修服務領域深度合作，共建、共享汽車後市場產業生態平台。
廣州華勝科技信息服務有限公司是一家擁有汽修、汽配、軟件數據服務三大業務板塊的的全國性汽修服務集團，為中國中高端汽車車主、汽修服務門店提供數字化汽修整體解決方案。廣州華勝全資子公司廣州華勝企業管理服務有限公司為廣州華勝的主要業務載體，下屬62家汽修、汽配服務公司遍佈全國149個主要城市，已開設了超過270家連鎖店，擁有超過7000個專業服務人員，是中國汽車後市場的領軍企業。
鑑於目前國內汽車保有量巨大、在用車缺乏原廠保修且後期維修成本高的現狀，國內乘用車延保質保業務具有極大的市場空間。鑑於此，公司基於現有汽車後市場領域的行業資源及再製造產品技術優勢，進一步向下游拓展乘用車延保業務。2021年初，公司全資子公司天奇循環產投已與萬高(上海)汽車科技有限公司(“萬高科技”)簽訂《投資協議》，雙方將以股權投資的方式共同開拓乘用車延保質保業務。萬高科技為國內專業的汽車質量保修及後市場綜合服務商，提供平行進口汽車質量三包服務、二手車質保服務、新車及在用車延保服務、汽車質量保修管理諮詢(TPA)服務等。該次投資已經過公司經理辦公會議審議通過。
公司與廣州華勝及其子公司再次開展戰略合作，旨在充分發揮雙方各自優勢，基於廣州華勝龐大的客户數量、全國服務網絡佈局及公司擁有的再製造產品技術優勢、延保產品設計及服務經驗與能力，共同探索與推動乘用車延保質保業務合作，圍繞汽車後市場開展資源整合及產業協同，共建具有市場競爭力的汽車後市場綜合服務體系。
公司致力於服務汽車全生命週期，由傳統產品製造商向現代服務提供商轉變。公司將持續汽車後市場業務佈局，積極推動汽車後市場業務轉型升級，進一步推動汽車後市場資源的高值化利用。
