太化股份(600281.SH)：啟動收購四家標的公司部分股權
格隆匯5月26日丨太化股份(600281.SH)公佈，2021年5 月26日公司召開第七屆董事會2021年第五次董事會，同意啟動收購四家標的公司部分股權的行為。
啟動收購山西陽煤道得新材股權投資合夥企業持有的長興德烯科技有限公司15%股權和山西碳烯科技有限公司40%股權行為；
長興德烯設立於2016年6月30日，註冊資本189.783萬元，法人代表：皮衞東。公司專注於單層石墨烯及其應用全鏈條技術及其產業化，獨創國際領先的全單層石墨烯生產技術，掌握多功能複合纖維、電熱膜、導熱膜三大核心應用技術，同時擁有純石墨烯纖維、鋁-石墨烯超級電池、高性能超級電容器、新一代光電探測器、石墨烯光波醫學理療器等多項先進戰略技術儲備。長興德烯生產的單層氧化石墨烯具有全單層、大尺寸、超純度、高溶解度、連續可紡性、明亮液晶態、上佳分散力、粉末再分散優異等特點。
山西碳烯科技有限公司設立於2020年9月30日，註冊資本3億元，法人代表：張巧林。公司主要生產銷售單層氧化石墨烯原料、石墨烯纖維切片和石墨烯複合錦綸等，項目分兩期建設，一期總投資3億元,規劃佔地100畝，項目全面投產後將達到年產100噸單層氧化石墨烯原料和3000噸單層石墨烯多功能複合纖維(錦綸)的生產能力，預計投產後年增收入2億元,年均實現淨利潤約1500萬元；二期總投資40億元,年產千噸單層氧化石墨烯原料及其配套應用項目，預計投產後年增收入20億元,年均實現淨利潤約2億元。
啟動收購華陽新材料科技集團有限公司持有的山西陽煤華豹納谷氣凝膠塗層有限公司39%股權行為；
華豹納谷成立於2020年7月，公司註冊資本1億元。華豹納谷項目利用水性乳液、水性丙烯酸樹脂、鈦白粉，添加劑和各種溶劑合成生產水性工業塗料、水性建築塗料、水性乳液、水性固化劑、水性丙烯酸樹脂和水性環氧樹脂。年生產水性工業塗料6萬噸，水性建築塗料10萬噸，水性乳液2萬噸，水性固化劑0.5萬噸，水性丙烯酸樹脂1萬噸，水性環氧樹脂1.5萬噸。項目總投資約19673.83萬元，建設期1年。項目投產後，生產期每年約實現銷售收入193840.71萬元，實現利潤總額4264.73萬元。
啟動收購太原化學工業集團有限公司持有的太原化學工業集團普田農業有限公司30%股權行為；
太原化學工業集團普田農業有限公司成立於2002年12月20日，註冊資本100萬元，為太原化學工業集團有限公司的全資子公司。
