据报中银保监禁止银行出售商品投资产品予普通投资者
《路透社》引述消息人士报道,中国银保监会已要求银行停止向普通投资者销售与商品期货相关的投资产品,以减少大宗商品价格波动带来的投资损失。
消息人士称,中银保监还要求银行完全公开向普通投资者承销及出售这些产品的资料。上述销售禁令是於今年颁布,因当局认为普通投资者未能轻易明白以及无法承受投资大宗商品的相关风险,同时银行亦没有足够的专业知识来正确处理此类产品。
据悉,中国银保监会最终是希望能防止再出现中国银行(03988.HK)「原油宝」事件,目前已要求工行(01398.HK)等银行每月向监管机构报告缩减商品投资产品敞口的进度,但未有设定完全退出敞口的期限。
