鼎漢技術(300011.SZ)：“220kVA+30KW地鐵列車中/高頻變流輔助電源”順利通過評審
格隆匯5月26日丨鼎漢技術(300011.SZ)公佈，基於2019年2月1日公司與廣州地鐵達成戰略合作後，同意以全球單體功率最大的城軌車輛中/高頻變流輔助電源創新研發項目為切入點，在該產品技術及產業化推廣等方面開展排他性緊密合作，具體包括：
(一)科研合作：共同開發車輛中/高頻變流輔助電源裝置，實現同等功率容量下功率密度從100W/L提升到160W/L左右，功率重量從120W/kg提升到240W/kg左右的目標；
(二)示範驗證：基於運營車輛，共同開展科研成果的裝車示範和成果可用性驗證；
(三)產業合作：雙方一致同意視工程化研究的進展和成效，適時啟動產業項目合作，共同促進科研成果在城市軌道交通行業的推廣應用。
目前戰略合作進展如下：
(一)科研合作：該項目以“220kVA+30KW世界最大單體容量地鐵列車中/高頻變流輔助電源”作為科研合作，實際功率密度實現186W/L(瓦/升)，功率重量實現281W/Kg，達到世界領先水平。
(二)示範驗證：以廣州地鐵7號線列車為目標裝車車輛。該項目經過2019年的各項設計、試驗、裝車及裝車前專家評審，並於2020年上半年完成了超過5000公里的空載運營。經中國城市軌道交通協會技術裝備專業委員會組織的專家評審後，於2020年9月份開始載客運營考核，截至2021年5月15日，實際累計完成近8萬公里的運行，超過“5萬公里載客運營”目標考核，且運行狀況良好。
近日，中國城市軌道交通協會技術裝備專業委員會組織召開“地鐵列車中/高頻變流輔助電源運營考核專家評審會”，會議邀請來自北京、上海、深圳、天津、南京、青島等多名城市軌道交通行業專家組成專家組，專家組聽取了關於地鐵列車中/高頻變流輔助電源載客運營情況的彙報，認真審閲了會議提供的相關資料，經質詢和充分討論，專家組認為該項目考核期間各性能情況良好，各項指標滿足需求，重量減輕50%，節能效果明顯，一致同意該項目通過載客運營考核評審，具備進一步推廣的條件。
(三)產業合作：隨着示範驗證通過行業專家組的充分認可，廣州地鐵“十四五”規劃新投入運營的大部分線路將採用中/高頻輔助電源作為車輛電源運用要求，有助於該產品的進一步產業化；同時，隨着多名專家參與評審，多家軌道交通單位也開始提出希望引用符合發展趨勢的中/高頻輔助電源替代傳統工頻輔助電源，促進車輛減重節能的運營目標。
公司表示，該次“220kVA+30KW地鐵列車中/高頻變流輔助電源”順利通過評審會的評審，標誌着公司與廣州地鐵的戰略合作取得階段性進展。
