愛瑪科技(603529.SH)：IPO擬發行6500萬股 6月1日定價、3日申購
格隆匯5月26日丨愛瑪科技(603529.SH)披露首次公開發行股票發行安排及初步詢價公吿，此次發行A股股份全部為新股，發行前的總股本約為3.39億股，此次公司公開發行6500萬股，佔發行後公司總股本的比例為16.10%。
其中，網下初始發行數量為4550.00萬股，佔此次發行總量的70.00%；網上初始發行數量為1950.00萬股，佔此次發行總量的30.00%。投資者在進行網上和網下申購時無需繳付申購資金。
初步詢價時間為2021年5月28日的9:30-15:00，6月1日確定發行價格，6月2日網上路演，6月3日網上申購配號，6月9日刊登《發行結果公吿》。公吿顯示，公司網上、網下發行申購日為2021年6月3日，6月7日將公佈中籤結果。
公司2020年全年實現營業收入129.05億元，同比增長23.80%；歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤5.99億元，同比增長14.76%；扣除非經常性損益後歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤5.14億元，同比增長0.75%。
2021年1-3月，公司實現營業收入31.28億元，同比上漲68.84%；歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤1.52億元，同比上漲30.79%；扣除非經常性損益後歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤1.42億元，同比上漲66.97%。
公司根據當前經營狀況和在手訂單情況合理預計2021年上半年可實現營業收入77.90億元-82.90億元，同比上升32.56%-41.17%；可實現淨利潤3.60億元-3.80億元，同比上升5.56%-11.42%；可實現扣除非經常性損益淨利潤3.40億元-3.60億元，同比上升20.49%-27.58%。
發行人的股票簡稱為“愛瑪科技”，股票代碼為“603529”，該代碼同時用於此次發行的初步詢價及網下申購。此次發行網上申購代碼為“732529”。按照中國證監會《上市公司行業分類指引》(2012年修訂)，公司所處行業為“鐵路、船舶、航空航天和其他運輸設備製造業”(分類代碼C37)。
