嘉利國際(01050.HK)年度純利預增不少於35%
格隆匯5月25日丨嘉利國際(01050.HK)發佈公吿,集團預期截至2021年3月31日止財政年度的權益持有人應占溢利將較上財政年度增長不少於35%。
公吿表示,該增加主要源於:(1)雲端應用、線上商務及高效運算等需求持續推動整體伺服器產業的中長期需求增加,從而帶動集團於該年度的五金塑膠業務錄得良好增長;(2)集團的產品組合持續優化及高度自動化生產於該年度持續取得進展;(3)集團位於廣東省東莞市鳳崗鎮的三舊改造項目嘉輝豪庭第四期住宅項目的部分單位於該年度完成交付併入賬;及(4)集團於該年度獲得中國內地及中國香港政府的一次性補貼及支出減免優惠。
