东软教育(09616.HK):孙荫环获选为非执行董事
格隆汇5月25日丨东软教育(09616.HK)发布公告,所有提呈的决议案已获股东于2021年5月25日举行的股东周年大会上以投票表决方式正式通过。建议派付截至2020年12月31日止年度的末期股息每股普通股2.7港仙于大会上获批准,并将于2021年6月17日或前后派付予于2021年6月2日(星期三)名列公司股东名册的股东。
此外,Klaus Michael ZIMMER先生已于股东周年大会结束时退任公司非执行董事,而孙荫环先生获选为公司非执行董事,自股东周年大会结束起生效。
